- 1) Booking: Guaranteeing that we can book the space for our clients 5 days before the vessels depart, especially under the emergency conditions, 3 days in advance.
2) FCL Trucking: Making sure that the trailer arrives at the destination in a timely and safety manner. Normally, it doesn’t delay more than 1 hour.
3) Commodity Inspection：Exchanging the inspection documents promptly and correctly for the customers.
4) Warehouse Entry: The goods are put into our warehouse in bonded zone 1 day before customs closing. Correspondently, the goods’ quality and quantity is warranted.
5) Inspection of Storage: if required, we have the professional inspectors to inspect the storage for the customers.
6) Import Customs Declaration: It usually takes 3 days for general cargo to complete customs clearance.
7) Air Freight: Providing favorable rate and space.
8) B/L Issuing: B/L can be issued 1 day after the vessel departs and also be delivered to customers the same day.
9) Tax Refund Documents Return: Tax refund documents can be sent back within 15 to 20 days after the cargo transported. (Excluded domestic route)
10) Connecting Vessel: Providing the connecting vessel’s information for customers in time
11) Paroxysmal Events Handling: Under the legal and reasonable circumstances, all the parties from operation, sales and harbor should be strongly in charge of solving the problems together. .
